Security & data residency

Cabinet data lives in AWS ca-central-1 (Montreal region). No customer dispatch data crosses the border. TLS 1.3 in transit; AES-256 at rest. PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant for payment data via Stripe + Moneris.

Audit log

Every cabinet action — view, edit, export, login — writes to an append-only audit log retained 7 years. Property managers can request their portfolio’s audit log on demand for SOC 2 evidence packs or insurance audits.

Seats are billed monthly per active dispatcher. Customer + property-manager seats are unlimited and free on every active account. Crew-lead seats are included in the per-route dispatch fee.

Single-tenant deployments available for portfolios above 500 properties — dedicated database, separate VPC, custom domain (cabinet.<your-brand>.ca). Talk to dispatch.

How do I log into the cabinet?

Customers and property managers sign in at /cabinet with email + password and two-factor authentication. Crew leads use the same login on the mobile crew app.

Can I export visit data for my property management software?

Yes — every visit packet (photos, GPS, product, application rate, timing) is downloadable as PDF or CSV. You can attach the exports to work orders in Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, Buildium, or any system that accepts uploaded documentation.

What does a property manager see in their cabinet?

How long is photo proof retained?
